Domestic Shipment
Free Shipping, handling and insurance on all Merchandise. Domestic shipping only (Excluding Hawaii and Alaska). (Free Shipping via UPS ground service only). An additional charge will be added for Hawaii & Alaska shipment.
Express Shipping is available with extra shipping cost. If you require express service, please let us know on customer note section. We will provide our best rate to you by weighing item and measuring the box.
Merchandise can’t be shipped to PO Box Addresses. Merchandise shipped to any other address other than the billing address is the responsibility of the customer.
Most items ship within 72 Hrs or less some items may take longer depending on availability. We will contact you if an item will take longer than 2 weeks to ship.
We are not responsible for late arrival caused by carrier or carrier being unable to reach the customer to set up a schedule for delivery.
International Shipment
We ship worldwide.
Customer is responsible for your countries Taxes, custom duties etc.
We are not responsible for late arrival caused by carrier or carrier being unable to reach the customer to set up a schedule for delivery.
We use USPS for all international shipment. We will provide our best rate to you by weighing item and measuring the box.
Refused Orders
Any package that is refused will be charged a shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.
Orders Not Received
In order to make a claim we must be notified of a package that has not been received within 15 days of the original order.
Damaged Merchandise
If this UPS shipment has received damages in transit, please do the following within five days of receipt.
Keep the OUTSIDE SHIPPING CARTON, all PACKING MATERIAL, and the DAMAGED MERCHANDISE in the condition that they arrived.
Please call UPS office WITHIN FIVE DAYS of receipt and request that a damage inspection be made.
After above has been done, then please advise us. We will send you a replacement for the damaged merchandise as soon as possible, but we cannot do so until the damage inspection has been made. UPS will settle the claim directly with us.
Return/Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to issue you an exchange, credit, or full refund. Please call 415-433-1272/291-0660 for instructions on returning items. If merchandise returned without return authorization, there will be 15% restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR RETURNED.
Merchandise approved for exchange or return must be returned within 14 days of the receipt.
You must include either original receipt or a copy of receipt with the returned merchandise.
Customer must safely pack and return merchandise in the original carton without being used or damaged in any way.
We suggest that you insure the item for return. Without insurance, you will be held liable for any damages incurred during transit.
Returns must be authorized by an agent of “The Crystal Shop” via telephone or email. After receiving a Return Authorization Number (RA#) you will be responsible for the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost to our store. If the item was shipped for free there will be a shipping charge. (Shipping charges will not be refunded).
